- Test Look and Feel – This is a support feature of Red inQ. Each test can have its own logo image, background, image, background color, etc to give a better outlook to the students.
- Subject Look and Feel – This is also a support feature of RedinQ. Each subject can have its own background image, background color, and foreground color. For e.g. A question from electronics can have circuit board as background image and a biology question can have plant image in background.

Role based user access. Can create users with the following roles:
- System Administrator: Create, modify, delete accounts, assign roles etc.
- Author: Create questions and question banks, assign instructors
- Instructor: Create classes, student lists, tests, as well as score tests
- Student: Sign up for and take tests, receive scores, and graded report cards.
The functions allowed under this module are:
- Adding new users to the system and assigning roles to them
- Viewing the list of users
- Modifying / Deleting / Blocking / Un-blocking users
- Assigning specific items to specific roles
